What's new in Version 2.0?

Welcome to the new IBEX Patient Portal. We have redeveloped our patient facing interface to better serve you, the patient. For your convenience, we are allowing patients to review insurance remittance details which include the codified descriptions for deductions made on claim payments. This should greatly assist you in working with your insurance carrier, determining if you need prior authorization from your primary physician (oftentimes the reason for non-payment), and understanding where your balance with your healthcare provider comes from.

Another new feature is that we have given you access to update your personal, contact, and insurance information (just in time for the new year when many companies change their health insurance carriers). After all, an insurance claim should never be rejected because of someone else’s data entry error.
